Cotton Seed Distributors (CSD) is calling for expressions of interest (EOI) from cotton growers and advisors across Australia to join its Advisory Panel.
CSD Chief Executive Officer, Ian Taylor, said the CSD Advisory Panel plays a valuable role in ensuring industry perspectives inform and shape CSD’s key strategic and operational priorities.
“The Advisory Panel is a new, industry-led initiative for CSD designed to strengthen collaboration with the broader cotton industry,” said Dr Taylor.
“We’re seeking individuals from across the Australian cotton supply chain with a strong understanding of cotton production systems who can provide practical advice and industry insights.
“The panel will act as a consultative forum between growers, advisors and CSD, helping to ensure our seed quality, varieties, technologies and activities remain closely aligned with the evolving needs of the Australian cotton industry.”
CSD is seeking representation from cotton-growing regions across Australia to ensure a broad range of perspectives and production systems are reflected.
Grower applicants must be nominated by their Cotton Grower Association, while advisor nominations must be submitted through Crop Consultants Australia.
Advisory panel members will be appointed for an initial term of two years.
Expressions of interest will close 5pm, Friday 24 April 2026. For further information or to submit an EOI, visit the CSD website – csd.net.au.
