Graduate Agronomist Program
Working at Cotton Seed Distributors means the opportunity to be at the cutting-edge of cotton production, supporting a motivated industry to deliver a high value product to the world.
Successful applicants will have:
- An ability to work as part of a team as well as act on own initiative, work unsupervised, effectively prioritise workload and problem solve delivering outstanding stakeholder service;
- A strong safety focus and concern for the health and wellbeing of yourself and your work colleagues;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and be IT savvy;
- The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and deliver information with a high level of accuracy;
- A Current Driver’s License;
- Be emotionally intelligent, confident to liaise with all stakeholders and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and organisational skills; and
- The physical capabilities and mental aptitude to undertake the inherent tasks of the role.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field and significant experience in agronomy field.
