Order Information
EARLY ORDERS
A major benefit of Early Orders is the supply of the variety and treatment once orders are confirmed. For all varieties, orders will only be accepted in multiples of bags for each seed product (variety/treatment).
This year more than one early order can be placed by agents and dispatch times can be requested when placing the order.
REGULAR ORDERS
With Regular Orders every effort is made to supply the seed product as requested. There are no guarantees and seed treatments may be limited.
If a seed product is not on hand it may take up to 14 days before it is available, provided economic production runs can be scheduled. CSD stocks adequate seed of the most common seed products at Wee Waa and Dalby to meet the anticipated demand.
Multiple online orders will be accepted for Regular Orders.

Irrevocable Orders
CSD cotton seed orders are irrevocable once confirmed by CSD. However, if any errors are discovered after confirmation please contact CSD immediately and every effort will be made to assist in rectifying problems.
CSD through its best endevours will work with agents to try and reallocate unwanted or surplus to requirement seed to other cotton growers or agents. However, this is on a case by case basis and by no means does this gesture transfer title of the seed back to CSD.
800KG Packaging
CSD will be again offering cotton planting seed in 800kg bags. Sicot 714B3F, Sicot 746B3F, Sicot 606B3F and Sicot 748B3F will be available in 800kg bags in all seed treatment combinations. 800kg bag orders will be accepted for early order programs only.
Payment Terms
Early Order #1 and #2 payment date is 30 November 2023 for growers and 11 December 2023 for agents. Early Order #3 payment date is 31 March 2023 for growers and 12 April 2023 for agents. Regular Order is due 70 days from the end of month of dispatch, unless CSD advises alternate terms in writing.
Bayer Traits
Bollgard® 3 and Roundup Ready Flex® Technology Seed containing Bayer traits may only be sold to growers who have signed a TUA (Technology User Agreement) with Bayer for the current season. The use of seed with these traits is subject to regulatory
approvals. Agents must be approved by Bayer to re-sell seed to growers and third parties.
Product Codes
Short product codes will at times be used on CSD documents such as invoices. The codes are shown in the following table:

Goods and Services Tax (GST)
As indicated on the CSD Early Order and Regular Order price list, GST is not included.
