A very dry second half of the season, but good rainfall around Xmas helped this crop and yields were reasonable considering the season. Fibre length was quite short on the verge of penalty range but overall ok. Sicot 714B3F set its self-up early and was the pick of the varieties this year. The Sicot 707B3F went ok with slightly higher micronaire which it is renowned for and why it has a fit into the short season regions. Boll weight was down around 1.6 grams/boll.
